Known Issues:

  • 1/11/2022: Certified using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) server communication
  • 11/2023--They are currently working with their EDI to resolved catalog issues surounding incorrect pricing and B2B product types.
  • 4/15/2024--Happy Floors will be moving to a new EDI system, all existing accounts will be migrated to a new server. 
    • Each account will/be provided the new server name and login credentials.
    • (this migration is several weeks out, which includes all current trade documents and their web services functions)
  • no known issues as of 5/2/2025
